Details of Participation

Entrants must be 30 years of age or older. Drawing is open to all residents of the US except for contractors, vendors and employees of Resort Sales Missouri, LLC., dba Spinnaker Resorts and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates. No purchase necessary to enter or redeem price; purchase will not increase odds of winning.

Description of prize:

Grand Prize: 8 days and 7 nights in a 2 bedroom Condo in Branson, Missouri; package value retail est. at $1,200.00.

All prizes will be awarded. Winner assumes the responsibility for all local, state, and federal taxes, licensing, registration, and insurance. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries, not to exceed 1 in 750,000 for Grand Prize. Content begins 6/1/2009 and ends 6/30/2010. Unless otherwise specified, vacation prizes do not include transportation, meals or incidentals. Winner chosen by random drawing on 6/30/2010. Winner notified by certified mail within 10 days of drawing and must claim prize within 30 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be awarded on a subsequent random drawing. To receive notification of the name of the winner after 6/20/2010, send a self-addressed envelope with $1.00 to Giveaway, 195 Summit Drive, Branson, MO 6516. All travel must be completed by 12/31/11. Reservations must be made at least 60 days in advance of travel and are subject to availability and certain blackout dates. There are no prize substitutions and the prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants agree that they may be contacted by RESORT SALES MISSOURI L.L.C. AND SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES relative to this promotion and agree that such contact would not violate any privacy rights afforded them by any in-house, State and Federal Do Not Call (DNC) lists to which they may have subscribed. Any taxes and gratuities are sole responsibility of winner. Winner and travel companions may be required to execute a liability release prior to travel. Winner consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes unless prohibited by law. One entry per family. Void where prohibited.
